Phillips, Alice Eloise, age 82, of Birmingham, AL, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2008. She was a member of Holiness Assembly of God. She worked for Parisian's for a number of years. Graveside services will be held at Valhalla cemetery on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Sammy Browning, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philemon F. Phillips. She is survived by one son, Roger Phillips (Brenda) of Birmingham; two daughters, Nancy Kimbrell (Horace) of West Blocton and Beverly Phillips of Argo; 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
