Sister Annette Wallace "Tobaby" Jackson  was born January 28, 1958 to Ms. Annie Mae Wallace and Mr. Joe Hayes. She accepted Christ at an early age and united with St. Peter Primitive Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. W. A. Clark.

She was a graduate of Wenonah High School Class of 1976, she was truly loved.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joes Hayes; stepfather, Willie Williams and two brothers, Frank Wallace and Cleo Wallace.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving mother, Annie Mae Williams; two loving children, Ranetta Johnson and Charles C. Wallace; two loving sisters, Jewel Lean Miles and Rosie Jean Marshall; one brother, Leandrew "Bob" (Jennie) Williams; grandchildren, Car'Netta Johnson, Rayterrius Johnson, Asya James, Kamron James, Rashaun Lewis and Keteria Richardson; a very special friend, Deloris Anderson and a host of other relatives and friends.
