Lewis, Barbara Ann Garrick , age 75, of Midfield, AL, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, D. L. and Thelma Garrick. She is survived by her husband, Jack Lewis; sons, Ricky (Tina) Lewis, Tim (Sherry) Lewis and Mark (Rhonda) Lewis; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren and "Baby Bear" her beloved dog. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Friday, October 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Jason Dollar officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, October 23, 2009 from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m.
