Barbara Segers-Decker passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, December 26. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her kind and positive personality drew people to her. She was retired from AT&T after 34 years of service. Barbara was a member of Pratt City Baptist Church and, most recently, was a member of The Baptist Church of McAdory. She was preceded in death by her husband James Gilbert Segers in 2005 after 42 years of marriage, and husband Tommy Decker in 2018 after 8 years of marriage. Also preceded by parents, Annie (Johnson) and Jeff Holmes, sister Forest Mae Holmes Gallups (Albert), niece Diane Clark (John). Survived by niece Linda Gray (Cliff), nephews Joe Gallups and Scott Gallups (Yvonne), and many great nieces and nephews, and Tommy's loving family, Betty Roberts (Mike), Shea Aldrich (Johnny), Melissa Crooks, Tim Decker (Diane), Kenny Decker (Kim). Arrangements by Valhalla Funeral Home with graveside service only on December 30 at 10:00 a.m. at Patterson Forest Grove Cemetery.  In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Breast Cancer Society in Barbara's name.
