Beatrice Kiser Bowden, age 97, of Pleasant Grove, AL went to be with Jesus on May 2, 2019. She was reunited with her husband of sixty-five years, W. C. Bowden. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pleasant Grove and was retired from Lowry Printing in Birmingham.

She is survived by her daughter, Christie Gipson (Fred); granddaughters, Wendy Capps Chapman (Hubert), Sherry Capps Penney (Michael); great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

He family would like to thank Comfort Care (Hospice) especially Anna, Lorraina and Chaplin Bart.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Valhalla Cemetery with Pastor Daven Watkins officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. at Valhalla Funeral Home.
