age 71, of Lipscomb, went home to be with the Lord on April 20, 2007. He was a member of Grant Street Baptist Church of Bessemer. Retired from Steward Machine Co. after 35 years of service. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Monday, April 23, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Johnny Lawrence and Rev. Bruce McCartney officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Audi Mae Stewart; granddaughter, Cheree Gonalez; brother, Charles Stewart.
