age 79, of Hueytown, AL, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 18, 2007. She was a member of Hueytown Church of Christ. She was retired from Food Town in Hueytown. Graveside services will be held at Valhalla Cemetery on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Rilla McPherson; brothers, Woodrow, Monroe and Jack and her sisters Ruby, Elrose and Opal. Mrs. Howell is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Frank Howell; daughters, Frankie, Judy and Susan; son, Joe; grandchildren, Cheryl, Becky, Michael, Melissa and Matt; great grandchildren, Colby, Courtney, Makayla, Drew, Caden and Connor; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
