Bobbie McFall, age 90 of Bessemer, AL died on the 31st day of May 2018. She graduated from McAdory High School as the Most Outstanding Student of the class. She took college courses and worked at Southern Bell for 15 years in Birmingham,AL and 10 years in Atlanta, GA. She worked and retired from General Telephone Co. in Tampa, FL. She and her family were among some of the first members of the Loveless Park Baptist Church now known as Grace Life Baptist Church where she was still a member and a dedicated Christian. Bobbie loved the Lord, she was a faith partner with Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Samaritan's Purse, Radio Bible Class, Jerry Falwell and others. Bobbie was always ready and willing to help those in need. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dock McFall and brothers, "Chief" Zack Cross and Andrew Cross. Survivors are nephews, John (Sandra) McFall, Bessemer, AL, James (Debbie) MCFall, Daphne, AL, and Gene (Eleanor) McFall, Birmingham, AL and a host of grand nieces and nephews and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 10 am until 11 am at Valhalla Funeral Home, 5317 Bessemer Super Highway Midfield, AL 35228. Funeral services will be at 11 am in the Chapel with burial to follow in Valhalla Cemetery. Re. Joel Fredwick, officiating. Pallbearers are "Chief's" Boys.
