Brian K.Hopkins, age 43, of Rainsville, AL, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2010.
Family was very important to Brian, he will be remembered as a loving and beloved son, brother, father, and husband.
He is survived by his wife Gina, one son; Brian Howard Hopkins, two step-sons; Jamie and Rick Nelson and one step-daughter; Rachel Nelson. He also leaves his parents; Rev. Howard and Bobbye Hopkins, three brothers; Rick (Pam) Hopkins, Steve (Teresa) Hopkins, and Scott Hopkins, as well as three sisters; Vicki (Stanley) McKnight, Donna (Johnny) Otts, and Trudy Adams.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Valhalla Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville, AL. Rev. Rick Hopkins will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
