Lyons, Carolyn Myra Sellers, age 88, of Fairfield, passed away Monday, October 27, 2008. She was a member of Beverly Methodist Church. Graveside services will be Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. Chaplain David Farry officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 30, 2008 from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years James W. Lyons. She is survived by her son James (Barbara) Lyons Jr., daughter, Carol Lyons, grandchildren, James Kevin Lyons (Janet) and Amy Elizabeth Haynes (Brian), great grandchildren, Brady Edward Lyons, Erin Ann Lyons, Nathan Edward Haynes and Davis Wilton Haynes, sisters, Martha Wynne and Mary Jeff. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Heddie King and Odessy Hospice for their love and care also for the assistance they gave to the principle caregiver Carol Lyons.
