Mr. Charlie L. Willis was born on May 4, 1932 to Madzine and Herbert Harrison. He confessed his faith at an early age.  He received his education from the Public School System.

Charlie was preceded in death by his mother, Madzine Harrison; father, Herbert Harrison; sister, Essiree Stuckley and four children, Gregory Brooks, Maurice Brooks, Terrance Brooks and Gloria Brooks.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Julia Willis; children, Maxine Wrencher, Sharon Brooks, Katrina Harris and Roger Willis. Two step daughters, Delois Radford and Barbara Oliver, thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
