age 83, of Hueytown, passed away on March 1, 2007. She was a member of The Baptist Church of McAdory, formerly Westside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Sims and grandson Kent Sims. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Monday March 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in Valhalla cemetery. Rev. Bill McCall and Rev. Cecil Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 5, 2007 from 12 until 2 p.m. She is survived by her son Jerry E. Sims (Pat), three grandchildren; Cyndy Parker, Mark Sims and Bethany Durbin; six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.Sister, Jimmie Lee Deckard of Pensacola. A host of nieces and nephews.
