Frances Moore Stinson , age 86, of Hoover went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.  "Dear" as she was affectionately known, was born on December 15, 1935 in Bessemer, Alabama. She was a long time resident of Hoover. She worked in Washington D.C as a secretary, and was a sub for the U.S. Postal Service. She was a member of Bluff Park United Methodist Church. Frances enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and loved celebrating her favorite holiday, Christmas. Frances is reunited in Heaven with her loving husband James William Stinson, and daughter Sherry Allen Stone. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, James William Stinson Jr, "Bo" (Michelle); son-in-law Terrell Bruce Ston e; grandson Aaron Steven Allen (Windy); granddaughter Ashley Frances Stone Perry (Greg); and her beloved great grandchildren: Alhanna , Alyssa, Emmi , Lanie , Aaron, Jake, and Brooks.
