Holley, Geraldine L., age 79, of Vance, Alabama, went home to be with her Lord Friday, May 30, 2008. She attende New Harvest Church of God. Geraldine was preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years Billy. She is survived by her son, Gary (Peggy) Holley; and daughter, Tricia (Joe) Griffin; grandchildren, Rickey (Leigh Ann) Franklin, Jerry Lynn (Dawn) Franklin, Kevin (Ashley) Griffin, Randy Griffin; great grandchildren, Amanda Franklin, Serenity and Skye Griffin. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Valhalla Funeral Home. Bishop Danny Murray will be officiating. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be, Rickey Franklin, Jerry Franklin, Kevin Griffin, Randy Griffin, Bradley Bearden, and Brady Holley. The family will receive friends Monday, June 2, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services are under the direction of Valhalla Funeral Home, Midfield, Alabama.
