Funeral services will be Monday, June 3rd, 2024, at Valhalla Funeral Chapel for Glida Magnani, age 77 of Birmingham. She passed away on May 25, 2024. Minister Brett Watters will officiate. Burial will be at Valhalla Cemetery.

She was a lifelong resident of Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama and later received her master's degree from the University of Tennessee. She taught at several schools but finished her career at Minor High School. She is a long-time member Homewood Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by her son Captain Richard "Tay" Magnani II; parents Tom and Glida Alexander

Survived by her husband of 44 years Richard T Magnani; several cousins and her many church family members
