Gracie Lee Godwin, age 98, of McCalla, Alabama passed away on June 29, 2020.
Mrs. Godwin was preceded in death by her parents Owen Nelson and Lillie May Winsett Gray, brothers, W.J. Gray (Latha), Clifton Nelson Gray (Margarite), Claude S. Gray (Thelma), James E. Gray (Elizabeth) and sisters, Pauline M. Nichols (Gene), Evelyn L. Kilburn (Melvin) and Edith J. Gray and son, William (Billy) Godwin (Libby).
She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Survived by her son, Michael O'Steen (Cleta), grandchildren, Kelly Brock (Johnny), Daniel Godwin, John Godwin, Stephen Godwin and Elizabeth Godwin, two great grandsons John Riley and Joshua Brock, plus many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 2:45PM at Valhalla Cemetery with Pastor Tim Hassler officiating.
The family would like to thank all their friends and family for their thoughts and prayers.
