Obituary

Hazel S. Watkins, age 85 of Helena, Alabama, joined her heavenly home on Monday, June 6, 2022. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel E. Watkins Sr.; parents, Joseph Philip and Dessa Elizabeth Stiles; and son, Samuel E. Watkins Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, David Watkins (Sarah); daughters, Carol Riney (Terry), Nancy Santos (David), and Janet Watkins; grandchildren, Jonathan Watkins, Luke Watkins (Adriana), Meghan Saravanja, Lauren Saravanja, and Sam Santos; great-grandchildren,  Lexi Watkins and Logan Watkins and a host of other relatives and friends.
She left behind an amazing legacy. A legacy of devout faith, unconditional love, and an unwavering dedication to her family. She was a true servant of the Lord.
The family will celebrate her life with a memorial service at at later date.
