86, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 7, 2010. She was originally from Orme, TN and moved to the Bessemer, AL area around 1941. She had a life-long career as a nurse's aid at Plantation Manor Nursing Home in McCalla, AL. Her hobbies included quilting, reading books and watching TV. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and was very much loved by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Kelley and her son, Lee Roy Myers. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Owen Myers (Mary Alice), 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Pallbearers will be: Mike Myers, Kenneth "Bubba" Myers, Tommy White, Shannon Dykes, Rod Parker and Ryan Parker. Graveside services will be Friday, April 9, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Valhalla Cemetery.
