Self, Jackie Vann,passed away on October 25, 2010. She is survived by her husband Forest M. Self, two daughters, Anne Self (Lee) Wallace, of Cleveland, OH and Carrie Self (Jerry) Speegle of Mobile, AL. She also leaves four grandchildren, one brother, Willie Vann and one sister, Vicki Vann Caldwell. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 11:00 am in Valhalla Cemetery.
