Barnes, Sr., James Floyd , age 85, of Birmingham, AL, passed away Friday, June 12, 2009. Mr. Barnes worked for Woodward Iron for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Pota "Pat" Barnes. He is survived by his sons, B.W. "Tiny" (Mona) Barnes and James "Jim" (Gay) Barnes, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Christie, Cody, Kit and Payton; his great grandchildren, Ellie and Karly. Graveside Services will be held at Valhalla Cemetery Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. until Noon at Valhalla Funeral Home.
