James Sides affectionately known as "Buddy" passed away Saturday, April 11th. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, James and Lucille Sides.

He is survived by his loving companion, Patricia Sharp; his friend and ex wife, Cecilia Sides; his four sons; Tommy, Kevin, Mike (Shannon), Scott (Leslie), and a multitude of special grandchildren and a wonderful great grandson.

Buddy was a caring son, a devoted father, and friend to many. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America, worked with Fairfield Highlands Methodist youth, and retired from the Social Security Administration.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Valhalla Funeral Home with a graveside service at 2:00 P.M. at Valhalla Cemetery.
