James (Jimmy) W Lovvorn

June 22, 1934 – March 22, 2021

James (Jimmy) W Lovvorn age 86, from Midfield , Alabama entered heaven on March 22, 2021.  Jimmy was a retired employee at US Steel. He was a loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his parents Jethro and Mattie Lovvorn.  His brothers Samuel, Jesse, and Robert.  Sisters Frances, Dorothy and Odesta.  He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty Lovvorn.  His two daughters, Diane (Butch) Gafnea and Darlene (Mark) Robbins.  His four grandchildren, April (Jason) Winslet t , Phillip (Dana) Roy , Abby (Keylan) Smith and Lindsey Haynes . H is six great grandchildren a nd a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Midfield, Alabama on Friday

March 26, 2021 from 10:30-11:30 with Graveside Service immediately following.
