Janice Guthrie, age 70, of McCalla, Alabama, passed away on April 15, 2020. Mrs. Guthrie was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Rogers and Elizabeth Gideons Glasscok and her daughter, Dawn Marie Martin. She was retired from Alabama Power Company and a member of   Hepzibah Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Guthrie Sr, sons; William Guthrie Jr, Ben Guthrie (Doris), Daniel Martin (Valarie), daughter, Kerri Martin, grandchildren; Blake Guthrie, Amber  Martin, Austin Martin, Jordan Martin, Olivia Martin, brother, Lee Glasscok, sister, Beverly Lipincot, several nieces and nephews.

The family will be having a drive thru visitation at Valhalla Funeral Home on Monday, April 20, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.

There will be a private graveside service      due to the Covid 19 restriction. Bro. Larry Sumrall will be officiating.
