age 84, of Fairfield, AL, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2010. She was a member of Wilkes Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Bobby E. (Debra) Adkins of Hueytown; her grandson, Troy E. Adkins of Washington, D.C.; her sisters, Luverne Shipman of Forestdale, AL and Mary Dorothy Gierisch of Pensacola, FL. Funeral services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Friday, January 29, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, January 29, 2010 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m.
