Jean C. Salter

Ms. Salter passed away Sunday 28, 2016. She was born to the late Jewell & Vernon Collier of Hueytown.

Jean loved to travel, shopping, and her church, Pleasant Grove Church of the Nazarene. She was retired from U. S. Steel where she worked in accounting for thirty-five years.

She was survived by Her Husband George M. Salter, children Jeff Gage, James Salter, Karen Valentine, also 5 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday 31, 2016 from 11-12 at Valhalla Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at Valhalla Chapel at 12 noon. Burial will be in Valhalla Cemetery.
