Jeannette Smith went home to be with her Heavenly Father on September 18, 2019. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (joe) Piazza; sons, (Dean (Shelia) Patterson and David Patterson; grandchildren, Cristina (Brett) Burkes, Megan Patterson, Matthew Piazza, Ryan (Lindey) Patterson, Christopher Patterson, Jessica Smith, Anthony Smith and Emily Smith; one great granddaughter, Riley Burkes and many other relatives and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 11:15 AM to 1 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 5317 Bessemer Super Highway, Midfield, AL 35228 with a graveside service to immediately follow in Valhalla Cemetery.
