Lambert, Jerry D. , 66 of Shelby passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2009 He was a member of the Fairfield Elks Lodge # 1821. He is survived by his wife Sylvia D. Lambert, sons; Timothy D. Lambert, James V. Lambert and Butch Blackwell; daughters, Cynthia Gildersleeve and Jeannine Earley; 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren; mother, Lorene Ingram, four brothers; James E. Lambert, John T. Lambert, Mike Ingram and Richard Ingram; one sister, Cathy Hinnant. Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Valhalla Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. untill 11 a.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home.
