Lisenby, Jerry Devan, age 76, of Midfield, AL, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2009. Jerry was a Korean War veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He was also active in the Midfield Dixie Youth Baseball League. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Jane Lisenby. He is survived by his sons, Steve Lisenby of Atlanta, Chris Lisenby of Birmingham and Mark (Susan) Lisenby of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Craig, Shelby and Hunter Lisenby; his sister, Sandra (John) Thompson of Lake Martin; and Debra and Greg Reid. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Mark Lacey officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
