Jerry Earnest Parsons, 71, of Hueytown, AL, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Friday April 22, 2017.
Jerry retired from BellSouth and was an avid Auburn fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Lucy Parsons of Bessemer, AL.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon Parsons; his children: Michael Parsons and Jennifer Parsons; his sister, Betty Knight; and his grandson, Colton Cash.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 25, 2017 at 12 Noon at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel with Ed Cruce officiating.. Burial will follow in Valhalla Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 to 12 Noon at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel.
