Jo Ann Green Guthrie, age 82, of Hueytown, AL, passed away on March
25, 2013 at the home of her beloved granddaughter and caretaker, Shawn
Odom Eldridge (Jimmie). She was preceded in death by her husband,
Thomas M. Guthrie, daughter, Dara Guthrie, parents, Ross and Margaret
Green, brother, Ross Green, Jr., and sister, Gail Green Bishop. She is
survived by her daughter, Sleila Guthrie Odom (John), grandson, Alex
Odom, and 3 great-granddaughters, Hannah, Halle and Peyton Eldridge.
The family would like to sincerely thank LifeCare Hospice for their
kind and compassionate care. Visitation will be at Valhalla Funeral
Home Thursday March 28, 2013 at 10am with a graveside service at 11am
at Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Bill Donaldson will officiate.
