Joe Lee Fletcher was born on June 10,1941 to the late John Sr. and Ola Mae Fletcher. He was a Construction Worker by trade that assisted in various types of jobs. His confession to Christ was at an early age. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John Fletcher Jr. and Jerry Fletcher, one sister, Delia Belle threatt. He leaves to cherish his memories; one daughter; Valerie Brown, two sons; Mark Fletcher ad Joe Lee Fletcher. Four sisters; Ernestine (Edgar) Millings; Teresa (Tommy) Nelms; Ruby (David) Johnson; and Faye Layton. three brothers; Bishop Arthur (Pam) Fletcher; homas Fletcher; and Charles (Naomi) Fletcher; a host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
