91, of Pleasant Grove, AL went to be with her Savior Jesus Christ Sunday, March 21, 2010. She was born December 4, 1918 in Randolph, AL. A long time resident of Fairfield and member of First Baptist Church of Fairfield for over 60 years. She later joined Bethel Baptist Church of Pleasant Grove. Cutie had three great loves - her family, Gus' Hotdogs with extra sauce, and watching the Alabama Crimson Tide. We will celebrate Cutie's life on March 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation at 1:00 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Cato will officiate. Cutie was preceded in death by her husband, Jinks Fancher, Son James "Bud" Fancher, parents Allen and Jessie Smitherman and brother Butch Smitherman. She is survived by her daughter Bett (Gary) Washington, her son Ray (Eleanor) Fancher, daughter-in-law Doris Fancher, sister Peggy (James) Langston, grandchildren, Mike Washington, Jill (Jeff) Jones, Brian (Christy) Fancher, Scott (Margaret) Fancher; great grandchildren, Alex Anne Washington, Connor Fancher, Gage Fancher, Ezekiel Jones, Colby Fancher. Cutie was also adored by her nieces and nephews and numerous friends. In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Big Oak Ranch.
