With broken hearts, we announce the passing of our precious baby girl, Kehlani Jackson, who left this world far too soon on April 2, 2025, at just 5 months old. Though her time on Earth was brief, her presence brought endless joy, laughter, and light to all who knew her.

Kehlani was born on November 4, 2024, to her loving parents Ivoryonna Davis and Xavier Jackson, who adored her from the moment they laid eyes on her. She was a radiant soul whose laughter filled every room, earning her the sweet nickname "Smiley." Her beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.

Kehlani had a playful nature and a love for life. She found joy in being picked up, playing with her toys, and watching Mickey Mouse. Her giggles and smiles could brighten the darkest day. She was a ball of energy and never liked to sit still — always moving, always exploring.

She attended Alabama STEM Daycare, where she brought happiness to teachers and classmates alike.

She is survived by her loving parents, Ivoryonna Davis and Xavier Jackson; her grandparents, Alexis McKnight and Ivory Davis; her great-grandparents, Eddie McKnight and the late Quencella McKnight. She is also survived by her uncles Montez, Myles, Brandon, and Mendel, and is preceded in death by her uncles Cortez McKnight and Dewayne McKnight. Kehlani leaves behind three aunts, two uncles, and a host of cousins who will miss her deeply.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service on Friday, April 18th at 11:00 AM at Valhalla Cemetery.

Though she may be gone from our arms, Kehlani will forever live in our hearts. Rest peacefully, sweet girl — you were deeply loved.
