Kelsey Lonzo Hannah, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2020 peacefully at home.

Born in 1929 in Mississippi, Kelsey graduated from Caladonia High School. A few years later he entered the Navy. Then in 1952 he married his sweetheart Frances McPherson. They were married for 66 years until her death in 2018.

Kelsey worked and retired from Koppers Industries. He loved attending church every Sunday and in his spare time he enjoyed woodworking and making things for friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his wife Frances, one of his daughters Stella Hannah, and his 2 brothers James Hannah and Joe Hannah.

Kelsey was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather (PawPaw), brother, uncle and friend. He is survived by his daughter Carrie (Bill) Green, his sister Flora Grace Johnson; grandchildren Lauren Smith, William Smith, Stephanie Pope and Chad Hethcox; 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
