age 86, of Centre, AL, formerly of the Ensley area of Birmingham, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2010 while vacationing in Panama City Beach, FL. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Billy Joe; two sons, Billy Joe Crawford, Jr., of Ensley and Roy Powers Crawford of Albuquerque, NM; one sister, Frances Fincher of Scottsboro, AL and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Crawford was a former member of Ensley Baptist Church. She was a retired nurse at Cooper Green Mercy Hospital and loved to fish and do embroidery work. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 11:00 at Valhalla Funeral Home with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Ricky Pollard will be officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m.
