Linda Harvell Anderson, age 68, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, passed away at her home on January 15, 2022. Linda was born January 20, 1953 in Birmingham, Alabama. She was raised in Ensley, Alabama and many of her lifelong friends were made in her neighborhood of Ensley Highlands and at Ensley First Presbyterian Church (Central Park-Ensley), Bush School, and Ensley High School where she graduated in 1971. She spent her career at Alabama Power where she served as an assistant at the Training Center. She was a member of Grace Christian Church in Helena, Alabama. Linda's love for others was instantly noticed everywhere she went. She was often described as having the kindest heart, the best laugh, extremely funny, generous, caring, and a dear friend. More than anything, she wanted those she came in contact with to know about the amazing love of Jesus and how to find salvation through His death on the cross. Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Ammons Harvell, and her father, Andrew Thomas Harvell. She is survived by her two sons, Andrew (Carmen) Anderson and John (Amy) Anderson; four grandchildren, Gage Crawford, John Thomas Anderson, Caden Anderson, and Carson Anderson; brother, Ricky (Peggy) Harvell, and sister, Andrea (Scott) Tuggle.
