Linda Sue Clark, age 52, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her mother, Anita Sue Glenn and her grandparents.

Mrs. Clark was a native of Illinois where she lived until the age of 28 years old. She moved to Dallas, Texas where she was a retired teacher from Runyon Elementary. She received her Bachelor's Degree at Illinois State University in Education and was a Protestant.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond C. Collins; her father, Joseph Stanley Clark; a brother; Glenn Clark (Carrie) and a sister Karen Hoag (Perry); 2 step daughters; Jeanette Peterson (Austin) and Rosalyn Collins; one grandchild, Annalise Peterson; a niece, Kaitlyn Hoag and a nephew, Perry Hoag.

Services will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 12 Noon at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A private burial will take place at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL.
