Lloyd Patrick Nicholson, age 84, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, music, and service. Born in Jefferson County and raised in Hueytown, Alabama, Lloyd was a proud son of the community that shaped his kind and humble spirit.

He was the beloved twin brother of Floyd Jerry Nicholson and a devoted older brother to Charles Ray Nicholson. Family meant everything to Lloyd, and he carried that love into every part of his life.

Lloyd had a deep passion for music, especially country, and was a talented guitar player. He found great joy in playing with friends at Tannehill State Park, where laughter and music were always in abundance. His love for music was something he shared wholeheartedly with others, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

He met the love of his life, Ann Wesson, and together they built a life full of adventure and companionship. They enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling, and making lasting memories, including meeting legendary country music artists like Loretta Lynn and Johnny Cash.
