Shrader, Loretta L. , age 84, of Bessemer, AL, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2009. She was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Bessemer. She retired from AmSouth Bank after 42 years of service. She was vice president of the Westlake Branch. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 18, 2009 from 1:30 until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Leonard E. Shrader. She is survived by her sister, Mildred Wright and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Alzheimer's of Central Alabama, Suite 225, 300 Office Park Drive, Mountain Brook, AL 35223.
