June 10, 1940 – April 1, 2021

Lynette, lovingly referred to as "Aunt Net" by all her adoring nieces and nephews went to be with her Lord April 1, 2021.

Lynette graduated from Hueytown High School in 1958, started her career with First National Bank, where she worked until she retired as Vice President, International Department of Am South Bank.

Predeceased by her parents, Leon and Mellie Guin, sister Sue Guin Patton, brother-in-law Charles Patton and a brother James Guin.

Lynette is survived by her loving friend, Eleanor Shotts, sister, Evelyn Guin Carden (Jerry), nieces and nephews; Susan Patton, David Patton (Karon), Cindy Patton, Stacey Carden Mellown (Ken), Matt Carden (Lori), Chanse Guin (Beth), Cameron Guin (Haley) and Logan Guin. Great nieces and nephews; Rachel Patton Joiner (Taylor), Tyler Patton, Caleb Carden, Morgan Carden, Molly Carden, Jenny Mellown, Carden Mellown, Dax Guin, Briggs Guin, Calee Guin and Sidney Monasco. Great- Great nieces and nephews; Lillian Joiner, Hawkins Joiner, River Joiner and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, April 5, 2021, 11:00 AM at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Alan Head will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Valhalla Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Matt Carden, Ken Mellown, Chanse Guin, Cameron Guin, Gary Rutledge, and David Patton.
