age 92, of Birmingham, passed away Dec. 31, 2006. She was a longtime member of Fairfield Highlands United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude G. Price. She is survived by her daughter Sybil (Pat) O'Brien and son Morris Price; four grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. Graveside service is Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 2:00 pm at VBalhalla Cemetery. Rev. Max Blalock officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
