age 85, of Birmingham, passed away on June 7, 2006. She worked for many years at the Birmingham and Bessemer Court House's. Mrs. Wintter was a member of Taylor Memorial Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter E. Wintter; father Henry Oscar Heard; mother Sue Jacoway Heard; sister Pauline Roberts; brother Charles Henry Heard. She is survived by her daughter Lynda (James) Bressner; nephew, Mike Heard; beloved niece Carol Barnette; sister-in-law Jean Heard; numerous other friends and relatives. Visitation will be Monday, June 12, from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm with a Chapel service on Tuesday, June 13 at 11:00 am with burial in Valhalla Cemetery, Rev. Bill Nielsen officiating. Pallbearers will be Mike Heard, Jay Heard, Carol Heard, and Don Barnett.
