Margie B. Williams-Fox, 95, of Bessemer, Alabama passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012.

Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Vurtis Williams. She is survived by her two sons, Larry (Gail) of Lawrenceville, GA, and Donald of Huntsville, AL, and daughter, Sondra Williams of Silverhill, AL; grandchildren Sherry Shackleford of Fairhope, AL; Steve (Lori) Shackleford of Silverhill, AL, and Phil (Starr) Shackleford of Loxley, AL; Karen Williams Maher (Mark) of Bethlehem, GA; and Brian (Cristy) Williams of Lawrenceville, GA; eight great grandchildren: Garrett and Baylee Shackleford; Saxon and Sage Williams; Chance and Caleb Newman; and Chelsea and Mallory Maher.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Valhalla Funeral Home in Midfield with Pastor Jessie Shackleford officiating. Family will receive visitors from Noon-1 p.m. Burial will follow at Valhalla Cemetery.
