Services for Mark Wayne Watkins, age 36 of Bessemer died Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at UAB West in Bessemer.

Mark was a native and life long resident of Bessemer where he was a graduate of McAdory High School. He formerly worked with L & W Electric Company. He coached Little League Football for Tricounty and was a member of the Eastern Valley Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School. He was a die hard Auburn Fan. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Stanley Watkins.

He is survived by his mother, Kathy Harrison; two daughters, Marka Willoe Watkins and Erica Steffani Watkins; two brothers, Josh Norris and Christian Stamps; one sister, Marca Canady; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 P.M. at Valhalla Chapel.
