Mary A Ames, age 92, passed away on June 16, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband Spencer Ames, and Amelie Davison.

Nanee was a loving, kind, and giving friend to all who knew her. Her frequent smiles only made her more beautiful throughout the years. She was a member of Northpark Baptist Church and Clearview Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughter Sharon Cooke (Wayne), son Steven Ames (Terry), grandchildren Susan (Josh) Townsend, Jeff Cooke (Lisa), Maura (Glen) Fontenot, great grandchildren Michael (Ashley) Davison, Joshua (Sabrina), Brennen Cooke, Chandler Cooke, Iris and Versie Fontenot, and 2 great great grandchildren Quinton and Liam Davison.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11:00am at Northpark Baptist Church, Trussville, AL, Dr. Charlie Martin officiating. Private interment will be held at Valhalla Cemetery.
