Maude was born on September 10, 1915 to William Arthur and Mary McNeil Ballard of Bessemer, AL. She met her Heavenly Father on July 21, 2021 and was reunited with her beloved husband, Guy.  She was also predeceased by her daughter, Glenda Smith, granddaughter, Paula Worcester, and her daughter in law, Jennifer Sharpe.  She is survived by her son, Guy Steven Sharpe (Angela), grandchildren, Zachary Sharpe and Vickie Hall (David) and other family and friends. Thank you to the "family" at Dogwood Residential Care and Comfort Care Hospice and especially Jamie Hudson. The viewing begins at 1:00 pm on  Friday, July 23 at Valhalla Funeral Home and Rev. Jimmy King will begin the service at 2:00 pm, with burial at Valhalla, weather permitting.
