Michael P. Ballentine, age 50, passed away Monday March 4, 2013 in Trussville, Alabama.
He is survived by his son, Tyler Clay Ballentine and a host of family and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home located at 5317 Bessemer Super Highway in Midfield, Alabama on Thursday, March 13, 2013. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the Memorial Service will be at 12:00 noon.
