Marcia was the daughter of Mr. Theo & Ruby Parker. She was very loving, sweet, beautiful, and a special kind of person. Marcia was one who could leave your heart full of love, and pure joy. You will forever be missed, but forever be in our hearts, in a special place, until we meet again.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters, Shirley Parker and Glenda Powell.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Franklin; her sons, Bryan Franklin and Tony Franklin; her daughter, Rachel Franklin; her granddaughters, Hannah Franklin, Kelsea (Logan) Willis, Kyleighanne (Josh) Hicks, and Kayli Franklin; grandsons, Parker Baldwin, Kaleb Franklin, and Wesley Franklin; great-granddaughters, Meredith, and Katelyn. She is also survived by her sister, Sue Parker; and brothers, Robert Parker, Van Parker, and Will Parker.

Letter to Nana from Parker

I love you nana, and I wish you were still here to watch me play Baseball and watch Hannah's graduation day, but you can't, but you can watch her from the sky. We loved you with all of our heart, and we still do and will always, and forever. I love you so much, Mom and Hannah loves you, Papa also loves you, and the entire family. I just wish that you were still with us.
