Formby, Patricia Ann Griffin, of Columbiana, AL, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009. She was a member of New Life Church. She was retired Communication Supervisor with the City of Hoover. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Monday, March 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Pastor David Wooten and Rev. George Hill officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, March 23, 2009 from 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband, Frank Harrell Formby; her son, Trey Formby (Nicole); her grandchildren, Seth and Sabrina Formby; her sister, Faye Hamaker; her special sister-in-law and caregiver, Christine Ausborn; and a host of nieces and nephews.
