Pate, Pauline (Polly) N., age 85, of Ensley, AL, passed away on March 8, 2008. She was a member of Ensley Baptist Church and attended Central Park Baptist Church. She is retired from K-Mart. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in Valhalla cemetery. Rev. David Howell officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, C. W. (Bill) Pate and two sisters, Josephine Dodd and Jeanette Pyron. She is survived by two sons, Lee Pate (Yvonne), and Phillip Pate, daughter, Connie Barksdale (Johnny), six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, sister, Bertie Key.
